Exercise reduces triglycerides

Adolescent boys that participated either in continuous exercise, or intermittent style exercise (mimicking sports activities) experienced significant drops in triglycerides after eating.

The intermittent style exercise significantly outperformed the continuous exercise. It lowered triglyceride concentrations by about twice as much. This is consistant with other studies that show that interval style anaerobic exercise outperforms continuous aerobic exercise.
