Simple Shoes

Early this year we saw how Simple Shoes went mainstream with the green trend. And this weekend I saw them for sale in a local mall. For the uninitiated, Simple Shoes is a brand of footwear that utilizes earth friendly materials – and by this they mean used tires, hemp, bamboo and natural rubber. Though the shoes are a bit pricey, around 2000 pesos for a pair of loafers, you get to do your share by reducing you carbon footprint and reducing global warming.

Simple Shoes is owned by the same company that brought you UGGs and Teva footware.
