Ingredients
1 x Whole Chicken (Defrosted Fully)
2 x Rashers of Bacon (Diced)
3 x Onions (Thick pieces)
4 x Carrots (Chopped)
3 x Capsicums (Chopped)
2 x Sticks of Celery (Chopped)
1 x Cup of White Wine (250ml’s)
2 x Tablespoons of crushed Garlic (About half a Clove)
Half a Cup of Parsley
Tablespoon Thyme Herb
Preparation
The first step is to prepare the chicken by soaking it in salted water for an hour. Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for around 10 hours or overnight. This is beautiful with rice or roasted potatos
