The Wall Street Journal confirms rumours that Dell is joining the low-cost UMPC wars. The Dell Mini is rumored to have a less than 9-inch screen and will run on a choice of Windows or Linux. The UMPC is expected to retail for less than $400 dollars. We believe it will be sold at around 20,000 pesos here in the Philippines.
