How to Get Rid of Fat

So last night I was shooting myself in the foot for succumbing to my cravings and eating a bowl of ice cream at two o’ clock in the morning. I haven’t done that in about 4 years and I’m getting ready to go run it off this morning. Needless to say, it’s not really a good way to teach yourself How to Get Rid of Fat, which is why it’s never going to happen again.

You probably know exactly what I’m talking about here. You get bored, there is nothing to do, so you head to the kitchen and open up every cabinet that has food in it along with the fridge and freezer. No matter how hard you try to stay away the body is saying, “Feed Me! Feed Me!” So without a second thought you find a quick snack before heading off to bed.

When you wake up in the morning the body feels sluggish, bloated, and ready to send you straight to the bathroom. It happens all the time, but it’s definitely not the way to go about learning How to Get Rid of Fat. Sure you can try the thousands of different diets out there for a short term solution, but if you want a long term answer you have to understand your body.

See, the way you body functions is different from mine, so it’s important to know what is going on in there. For instance, you body may not respond well to spicy foods, which of course you know to stay away from them. You have to take this same approach when you’re trying to learn How to Get Rid of Fat. How does it start? Well, before anything else you have to keep track of what you’re putting into your body.

Just try it for a week. If you wake up in the morning and eat pop-tarts or donuts for breakfast with a cup of coffee, write it down. Maybe you hit the McDonald’s drive-thru on the way to work, and if so then write it down. Do this throughout the entire week, but before you get started make sure you jump on the scales. When the week is over hop on them again and figure out if you gained or lost weight.
