Zanders at Cable Beach a Review

How will your wedding day look? Do you imagine yourself gazing out upon the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, across an expanse of pristine, fine sands? Then you must be thinking of having your wedding reception at Zanders, Cable Beach.

Located just 5 minutes from Broome and across the road from the Cable Beach Club, Zanders offers award-winning cuisine and world-class support, set against the backdrop of Nature’s most magnificent vistas.

Although a little grumpy, the master chef Armin knows how to incorporate a taste of the French as well as quite a few international touches to his preparations.

He will meet with you so that your menu reflects your personal tastes:
•    You might want the renowned kangaroo skewers or the prawn & threadfin dumplings for starters.
•    Your main dishes might include Kimberley barramundi bathed in a saffron salsa and bedded atop asparagus.
•    Maybe you’d rather have a roasted rump of lamb paired with gently buttered spinach and tiny carrots.
•    Perhaps you simply love grilled Australian sirloin. There are so many choices!

Zanders offers beautiful settings for your wedding day, with the beach as the natural focal point, punctuated by the palm trees towering capriciously over your guests.

Many people love to say their vows on the beach and then adjourn to a huge paved terrace.  You can also elect to hold your event indoors, with choices of a room featuring effective French shutters as well as paned window expanses.  This is a place where your guests will remain crisp and cool throughout your event. Just choose the right time of year, anytime between May and September is best.

Zanders is, in fact, a place where people go to celebrate life.

Whether they are drinking cool beers whilst they watch the sun set on Cable Beach or gathered to honour the humpback whales, people gather here to celebrate happiness and the cycle of life. What better place to have a wedding?

Great view, tasty food, good service, grumpy head chef. Should employ more Australians – not just backpackers. That’s from visiting 3 times in 2012.

3.5 out of 5 Stars.
